This letter is from Trinity United Methodist Church III study group in Chesaning, Michigan, to the Christian missionaries in Haiti. May God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ give you grace and peace. We are letting you know our prayers are with you as you face the difficulties of the earthquake.

We pray for strength and encouragement in these catastrophic times. We have not met with these physical challenges so therefore we offer encouragement, hope and prayers for healing. We pray for your many losses of family and friends and that God will lift up your hearts with assurance that one day you will be together again. Rejoice in hope, be patient in suffering and persevere in prayer. May the Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit.
