Being In A Garden Is Like Heaven On Earth?

   

The passing flowers remind us of our mortality and the passing nature of all power & wealth. “Let the believer who is lowly boast in being raised up, and the rich in being brought low, because the rich will disappear like a flower in the field.” -James 1:9-10

  

Does God care about You? God cares even about the flowers. “…even Solomon in all his glory was not clothed like one of these…” (Matthew 6:29) How much more will God care for you!

 

Every beautiful flower reminds us of God’s care. “Consider the lilies, how they grow: they neither toil nor spin; yet I tell you, even Solomon in all his glory was not clothed like one of these.” – Luke 12:27

  

 In our vulnerable places, there is a source of strength. “The grass withers, the flower fades; but the word of our God will stand forever.” -Isaiah 40:8

 

 

 

 

 

 Sometimes our friends disappoint us; they come and go like the blooms of the poppy. “A voice says, ‘Cry out! And I said, ‘What shall I cry?’ All people are grass, their constancy is like the flower of the field. “ – Isaiah 40:6

 

 When we hear the voice of someone we love it is like spring! “The flowers appear on the earth; the time of singing has come, and the voice of the turtledove is heard in our land.” -Song of Solomon 2:12

 

  

 Jesus said, “I am the true vine, and my Father is the vine grower. He removes every branch in me that bears no fruit. Every branch that bears fruit he prunes to make it bear more fruit. – John 15
